One of the worst customer services department I've ever had the displease of dealing with. Americans who rad from a script who repeat the same rubbish over and over again. No common sense. Bought a vented hob with 2 pieces of ducting missing yet they insist they are not required when they clearly are. Spoken to 1 person plus a manager there and both the same. I have now bought the rectangular ducting online elsewhere rather than listen to their absolute rubbish any further.
