Totally agree with Mr Scott''s review. This Company should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a shower door in late Aug 2020. We checked that all the parts were there when we received the delivery, however, we could not get the doors fitted until early October, due to Covid. During fitting the Carpenter told us that two pieces to the shower door handle were the wrong size. I immediately emailed the Company to notify them, since then this Company have either ignored my emails, asked for the same information over and over again, or sent nonsense emails. I have used the Martin Lewis Resolver tool and I have had no response so I am escalating my complaint. I urge anyone thinking of buying from this Company, to go elsewhere.
