dreadful issues with them - as others have stated the products are damaged - when you call it says staff are working from home and cannot take calls. The online chat never works. i ordered led mirror cabinet - when i opened it glass was smashed to pieces - finally got response by email -and they agreed to send out replacement - when that arrived today was again smashed to pieces !! what a joke - would never ever buy from them again.
