I ordered back in november, items were dumped outside back door without notice or being informed. when i returned home from work i found the items were drenched - dripping wet. Contacted elegant to get this resolved and just kept on getting fobbed off and then they stopped replying completely. i have opened up a claim with paypal which they simply said post the items back to us at my expense which i am not preperred to do. In the future i will be taking my business elsewhere to a more customer friendly company. The company also goes by the name of SUNNY SHOWERS LIMITED
