Am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They dont care about customer satisfation, items not packaged properly and poor customer service. In the first week in March 2021, I purchase a 1000x700mm Sliding Shower Enclosure 8mm. Half way contructing the shower, i realised there is a missing item, I contacted them immediately, yet up till now (May 2021) I still havent received the missing item.There is no working phone line to call, I have sent numerous emails with pictures, manual etc. explaining what was missing, yet they keep giving me excuses and did not sent the item. I do not recommend them at all, poor services and badly packaged items. They only care about your money and not customer satisfaction
