Absolutely awful company. Placed an order, came back failed, placed it again, came back failed. Went on my bank and the money was reserved. Called their number, lady who answered would not help and said no order had been placed. I received an email saying not order for order Id. I was told by their employee to speak with my bank and she wouldn't help, then she told me to shop elsewhere. They took the money twice and then kept saying no order placed on many occasions so I put a claim in with my card provider. Both amounts refunded by my card provider. Delivery by elegant for NOT ordered goods and now I've told them I have my money back they continue to be confrontational. I've said they can puck up the good I DIDNT order but they're saying they want £80 for the return. They're an absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money
