I contacted the company to request a return outside of eBay’s 30-day window, and they agreed to process a refund if I covered the return postage. I returned the item via tracked delivery, which they confirmed receiving. However, no refund was issued, and despite numerous attempts to contact them since, I have received no response. Extremely disappointing experience—avoid this company at all costs. They are untrustworthy and have effectively stolen my money. When I called to discuss they said they have my order number and have received the item at their depot however somehow they’re not the seller then they hang up. When I call back they just hang up on me straight away.
