I was very pleased with the product that I purchased. However. I was annoyed that 1) I was charged an additional $2.25 for shipping insurance that I did not request and only $2.02 was refunded to me after I wrote an email. I thought that amount was odd. I was pleased, however, to get a quick response to my email. 2) Secondly, every time I go to the site, there is a 10% discount offer advertised, if you share your email address. I shared my email address and never got the 10% discount offer. I was reminded of that today when I went to the site to search for hair bundles.
