Some customer service is a shame. Last Saturday May 18th I had to return a cellphone I bought in Elkjøp online. I went to Elkjøp Lamberseter and a gentle employee fixed everything in 2 minutes. I went today Friday May 24th to the same place to return another cellphone and other employee, notoriously lazy told me that this was not possible, that I have to go to Elkjøp Glass Magazinet or Alnabru. I told to him that a week ago I had returned there a cellphone without any trouble. He answered to me he was not able to do so in Lamberseter. I felt a stupid and decided not to argue with such lazy individual. I think Elkjøp must be more careful with the employees they hired. Next time I will not buy in Elkjøp.
