The service is beyond terrible. I had never experienced such a bad service in my entire life.
The shop didn't have headphones in store, so the employee told me he would send it to me for free.
First, the delivery was sent to the wrong address. The address I put on my Elkjop profile was correct. I even checked with the employee and saw that it was the correct one.
But it was sent to the wrong place.
Then, I needed to call to inform Elkjop about the mistake. But no, someone forgot to notify Posten about it, and I needed to call Elkjop once again.
This time they managed to send it to the correct place. But I needed to pay 100 NOK because the headophones were sent from Sweeden... I see on the first sticker on the box (the one with the wrong address) that it was sent from Oslo.
But the sticker with the correct address includes information that it was sent from Sweden... . Seriously?
I needed to call the third time to receive 100 NOK back. This is all I receive for all the time I wasted. It's a joke! You can send a stupid coupon with 100 NOK for your next shopping.
But you treat customers like garbage!
Me and my wife always bought things from Elkjop. But it was the last purchase.
I'll return these headphones and never buy anything from Elkjop. And I'll post this whenever I can. And inform anyone I know how unprofessional you are.
I hope there is an institution I can inform about you trying to charge me extra without any reason.
