I’ve purchased room diffusers on several occasions, and did so again last week as a birthday gift for my daughter. Sadly, the courier didn’t follow the noted delivery instruction, and took the package to the mail depot. This meant that my daughter had to rearrange delivery and, as a busy working mother, use up her valuable free time. Also, this made the gift late for her birthday.
