I was an Elvi customer for many years when you were located in stores and I thought that the quality of your online store would be the same. I was disappointed with most of the items of my first online purchase. Many of the items did not fit well or I could not even get them on fully. In particular, the arms of one dress I bought were so narrow that I could not get the shoulders of the dress up to my shoulders. The quality of another dress was not what I expected as it was very thin. Overall, I was very disappointed that I had to return 5 out of 7 of the items I had ordered. I am not sure that I would want to risk ordering items again without being able to have mor information about the item being ordered as it appears that ordering by size is not a guarantee as it was previously.
