Ordered 2 pairs of trousers which did not arrive. Contacted Elvi who sent the order again next day delivery. Sent 1 pair back that did not arrive and again had to contact Elvi who said they would get back to me after contacting Royal Mail. This did not happen and I had to ring once again and they then refunded me on the spot.
