Received my first order from Elvi. 3 items of which one is perfect, the other too big (though same size) and the last item not what I ordered. The styles and quality though seem great. The missing item was sent a week later. However the dress, that is too big and not matching the size chart still needs to be returned. At my own expense, as I live outside UK. The price of this app GBP 20,- close to the price of the dress. So despite great styles and quality, I am unlikely to return as a customer. The hassle with wrong items is to great and the price for returning too high
