Was charged a different price than advertised on line for a skirt. Tried to call to no avail so sent message. 3 standard e mails sent in return cancelling my order for item when I had specifically asked for a refund of the difference only. So I rang Spoke to a customer agent who explained the item was out of stock although they had taken the full amount for my order. So did not receive the item! When the rest of the parcel arrived. On top of the first error in the same order you had sent me a wrong item for a sweater I had ordered. Was sent a dress made out of same fabric!! Label on dress was number for sweater although label inside the garment was a completely different number. Also in the same order I ordered a pair of trousers which when I opened had a large tear down one side. And finally a pair of jeans I ordered were shown with front pockets and arrived without, making them look more like leggings. All in all totally unacceptable. Again I spent ten minutes trying to call the customer service line with no reply. Once again I messaged through the online page and still more than 48 hours later I have had no response to my complaint. The whole experience has been extremely poor and I have been the one spending more of my valuable time trying to sort this out. I have been left feeling extremely upset stressed and more to the point out of pocket without even the courteousness of a response and an apology and a way forward to rectify this situation. I am now left with a number of items not sold as seen or fit for purpose and now have to travel to a click and collect pay for parking to return this parcel whilst this company have not even had the decency to offer an explanation. As a valid customer it is well below what I would expect from a company such as yours. I still await a call as requested in my online complaint. Order No. #56159
