Informs about a 3 day trial period, but as soon as you are going to look at a manual you have to activate an account, and then they charge you straight away. They advertise zero waiting time, but with me it said that my manual was pending...it took a long time before a service manual was ready. I then asked for a refund of the membership as they are charging me before I have access to any manuals. Something they don't let you know in advance! But customer service states they do not refund accounts that are active. A day after I ended my membership, they let me know that the manual is ready, but you don't get access because you don't have an active account, even if you have paid for a whole month, they close access, normal practice is then that you have access to the end of the month you have been charged for.
