My husband was looking for some info. I see the site provided info for free with their 3 day free trial. I went to find the info, was led to a plate where I had to download a manual. After several attempts on several different applications we were not able to access the info. I was unable to utilise the info on this site, so I unsubscribed. Was then charged for it. I contacted support explaining the issue, that I was unable to view after trying on 2 seperate desk top computers and a laptop, I unsubscribed but they are refusing to refund the money. Not only are they falsely advertising that 3 days are free (I signed up and unsubscribed within the same day), but I could not access the info anyway! VERY UNHAPPY.
