The rest of the 4-5 day structure could have been better organized and has ample room for modernization (the online trainings too). Furthermore, promote multi-lingual content to match today's business standards in this industry. The growing connection to international business opportunities and global safety standards. A positive note about language was that, as someone who asks questions, I was personally happy with the ease and fairness in which all instructors and staff would accompany my cultural background, and whenever I had to switch to English, while making sure to keep it in Dutch when the majority of the employees were Dutch!
