We booked and paid a lot of money for a 5* beach holiday in Mauritius. The hotel is run down and there is barely any beach. The Sunbeds are broken with terrible old ripped thin mattresses. I have backache after 1 day. The buffet was not ready and slow. There is only 1 other restaurant and that has a pricey surcharge. The staff are not trained well and do not know the answers to things about the hotel. No one helps and emirate holidays are ignoring our pleas to change hotels. Terrible after sales service.
