They are the same as weststeincard.com !!! They have been withholding nearly 8,000 of mine for over 10 months and I am going crazy to get them back !! They have constant dilatory attitudes and are trying through false pretexts NOT to give me back my money. Anyone who has been approached or dealt with weststeincard and emlpayments please contact me!
