Wanted to buy x2 pretty pint mugs and was shocked to find that they charge a £1 per letter to personalise AND £2.75 not to put anything on them at all so it's impossible to buy them for the price advertised. Furthermore the 15% discount they advertise can only be used against the charge for personalising or not personalising rather than the cost of the mug.
