Purchased a mattress, served us well for 18 months then started developing huge splits in the foam. Emma duly sent a replacement under their 10-year warranty.
Due to house renovations, we didn't open the packaging straight away. When we did the mattress won’t inflate. I contacted Emma again and apparently you are supposed to open the packaging within 4 to 6 weeks and it’s in the "terms and conditions" which they have now forwarded to me.
Whilst this may be true, nowhere on the packaging does it advise of this fact. We are left with an expensive, rock-hard, and useless piece of foam and Emma advise us that's our fault for not reading the small print.
