Spent a lot of money with these people. I’ve found out that many of the prices they they offer are inflated. The delivery times have improved but the P&P prices are way too high and the packaging is still crappy crush old used boxes that offer little to no protection for the purchased items. What they do offer are plenty of either hackneyed platitudes and insincere apologies if/when things go wrong or garish vomit inducing quotes such as ‘we love our customers’ and ‘…unicorns and rainbows…’. That ought to give you some idea of what you are dealing with here. You won’t see a voucher from this company that’s for sure or anything that affects their beloved profit margins
