I highly recommend Danish Bashir. His knowledge of narcissism is unmatched; it is his way of helping one heal from this abuse that is astonishing. I was at the end of my rope and would do anything to stop the pain. Talk therapy was not helping and I was desperate to try anything. His calm and kind demeanor along with the cutting edge techniques he uses were the catalyst I needed to begin my healing journey. I am pleased to say my health issues are gone and I am once again happy. Working through and healing this abuse takes time and dedication; it does not happen overnight.
