Not a dreadful experience but like one of the other reviewers a bit fed up that items marked in stock weren’t and I had to chase to discover why my order hadn’t arrived, i would have been much happier to receive items that were in stock with an explanation about the out of stock one instead of them waiting till I contacted them again, leaving it up to me to do any follow up twice.
Having said that what I did receive was good and nice quality and the staff very helpful although there was a very long delay understandable at the present time but no excuse for lack of info.
