I'm really disappointed with 6th Street and their customer service. If you are making an order dont trust their delivery time especially if you need an item urgently or you are travelling. As they may decide to postpone your shipment to another day without even trying to inform the customer.. I called 9 times and sent 4 emails just to follow up on a single order ⁸to make sure it's delivered on Sunday 18th February (which is what was written in my order, its not like i was asking for a favor) because i was travelling, Its only on the 9th call that's when the customer service told me your order can't be shipped again today without any valid reason, just told the shipment company said they will send it tomorrow. This is the MOST USELESS RESPONSE for you guys as an online business! Not everyone lives in Dubai, some people trust your shipping timelines to receive their products and travel. Absolutely DISAPPOINTED.
