We recently diagnosed as pre diabetic with a blood sugar level of 6.3, this came from a blood test taken by my GP However when I purchased this and tested myself I am within healthy limits. I have since been told a a blood test is a more accurate and reliable means for testing blood sugar levels. So now I'm confused and wonder what is the point of this gadget.
