Extremely Difficult to get a hold of. Not very user friendly website in terms of contacting. I still have not received a response via the "contact us" form and had to resort to using the contact information on the invoice. Which was not the right place to handle issues, so I was rerouted to the proper channel, which is who I should have gotten a hold of in the first place with the "contact us" form. The equipment (hedge trimmer) works well so far, Purchased mid summer 2024. Blades were very sharp and it trimmed the hedge beautifully. The shape was operator error, but the machine worked as advertised.
