Absolute useless.
Cancelled app for no reason then had to reopen and complete paperwork again!
Then claim they are waiting for mortgage company to respond to them but was sent response and chaser a month ago!!
No one knows what they’re doing and can’t ever speak to anyone, just the help desk who will pass on a message.
Avoid at all costs!
