I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Enact. From start to finish, the experience has been plagued by an almost complete lack of communication. Despite assurances and promises of prompt action, our very simple conveyancing issue has been unnecessarily delayed for weeks. Even the solicitors from both sides have acknowledged that the matter should have been resolved long ago, yet Enact continues to stall without providing any valid explanation or updates. This incompetence and disregard for client timelines are unacceptable, and I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a smooth and timely conveyance process. Steer clear if you value efficiency and professionalism in your legal dealings.
