Hi, I ordered this product on July 13th, 2023 and it arrived on October 30th, 2023. During that time I received no feedback from the company explaining the delay. I rang customer service in August and was told it would arrive in September so did not cancel the order. Given that these were for catheters for personal use I have now found an alternative supplier. I would not order again from Endo Personal Care because of the lack of communication around delays and your inability to problem-solve alternatives.
