I was paying £84.83 for Endsleigh Home Insurance. They sent me an email with no mention of the renewal figure. I had to go to their website to ascertain what that figure was. It was £140.81. I rang to suggest that the renewal premium ought to be mentioned in their email - doing otherwise is deceitful. I was informed that all insurers are putting their prices up, yet I found a dozen under £100 and many more below Endsleigh prices. I was informed that a manager would ring me back today. That has not happened as yet (4pm) I obtained an alternative insurance via confused.com with RIAS for £87 I would like to see Insurance Companies offering loyalty discounts for all those who remain with them. That would surely be a great selling point.
