Worst Customer service. They took wrong readings and billed me after a year. I wouldn't recommend taking their service. ELECTRIC IRELAND IS BEST! I have used electric ireland and they have automatic reading system and never had issue with that. Energia seems to blame everything on customer when customer can't even access the meter by themself, ONLY ESB has access. My meter was a smart meter and still had this issue. This shows how lose system they have and how they can turn on their own customer. If I had known my electricity usage a year ago I would have tried to conserve the electricity and not bill myself $1400 after a year. I would not recommend them at all!! I want best for everyone, choose wisely before getting scammed. I am going to write to every website and to the government as well about this issue.
