It would have 5, but due UPS not following the instruction where to leave the package if there was no reply, also they did not deliver on the Friday as per their email, the second email stated it would be delivered at end of the day on Tuesdays. I had to go out in the morning and when I came home at about 14:30, there was UPS note in the door stating the package could be collected after 17:00 locally I arrived at 17:10 and it was not there and I was advised to come back the following day at the same time. I did get an email from UPS saying that it was delivered 17:57 on Tuesday and I could pick it up the next day. Which I did. To sum up I consider that UPS service was appalling and it I require to order anything from Energy Generator, I shall ensure that I will think long and hard about using your company again.
