Very pleased with the Honda product although the process of getting it was less than wonderful. Ordered it on a Saturday, it was in-stock with next day delivery. As it was a Saturday I did not expect it to be delivered on Sunday, but by Monday PM I had heard nothing. Phoned and was told it had been dispatched. Next day nothing so phoned again and told it had not been dispatched as it was out of stock. If new stock arrived that day it would be dispatched. It arrived the next day. Typical on-line automation and human error confusing the client with inaccurate information.
