EnergySage are a wonderful organization, great information to help you decide on going solar. Unfortunately, our experience with Solar Grid Central NC was nothing short of disappointing, the red flag that should have made us question our choice was that corporate was in another state and never returned our phone call/ message. Long story short we felt we were lied to when told there were hold ups, my husband contacted the power company and the county directly, no hold ups on their end. Corporate were to have sent money to the power company, this never happened. After researching for the company that would go above and beyond, we settled and happily so with NC Solar Now who are well ahead on where we were with the other company. Rated 4.9 out of 5 on Facebook and have been in business 13 years. We have contact numbers for each person handling the different installation process. So relieved and cannot wait for the solar to be installed.
