My experience with Energy Sage and two of its vendors was negative. At the strong encouragement of thirdact.org, I signed up with Energy Sage, got three estimates, had a consultation with Peter House, and scheduled three calls with the vendors. The first two calls were with SolQ and Strawberry Solar. Each told me rooftop solar was do-able and promised to send follow up details on actual specs, costs, and financing. I never heard from either again. Palmetto Solar, a few hours ahead of our scheduled call, had the decency to call me and say that after looking at the satellite images of the house, rooftop solar is not feasible for me. I didn't appreciate being ghosted by SolQ and Strawberry. When Peter sent me his follow-up email checking in, and I replied by explaining the above, I never heard from him again either. I hate being ghosted, and I find it highly unprofessional.
P.S. I tried to unclick my choice below under "how did you communicate with the company?" but it was not possible. I communicated both by email and telephone but you can't click two, so I clicked n/a, which I cannot now unclick.
