Very user friendly. I also compared prices with other energy search functions and the "real" rate is what you want to see. Other services don't provide the real rates and that can cause a significant problem. Furthermore, there's an average monthly energy usage for my home; energybot makes it simple to see that number. BUT, understand that it is very rare that you will hit that number exactly, which means you have to consider the cost of your energy use when you are significantly over and under that average number. Energybot showed plans that got cheaper per kwh the more you used, but other sites presented energy plans to got more expensive per kwh as you are off of your average monthly usage number. Beware: this can lead to significant differences in your costs, i.e., higher.
