This is a simple tool to determine the best price for buying electricity in Texas. While it could stand some improvements to make it more friendly (i.e. show all 3 low, medium, and high usage rates without needing to download and read the facts label page), the tool correctly analyzed my usage and, based on the plans that were present, provided me the lowest cost plan for my household. As an added benefit, the built-in price tracker told me when prices significantly dropped so that I could get the best price possible.
