I was searching for a new electric company and did a little research. I learned two important things. One, my usage is high because I have three teenagers and my husband and myself and a pool. I realized that I am getting gouged on electricity because once I go over 2,000 KW my rate is skyrocketing. Two, I learned that Oncor us my electric provider and any energy company I use is merely a middle man between myself and Oncor. I really appreciate Energy Bot for being a fast and effective solution for me to find the best plan that took into account my main issue wich is high usage. Thanks! -Danielle
