The navigation of the web site to pick an energy provider was straight forward. THe problems started after that...EnrgyBot website said all further correspondance would come from the energy provider (Energybot is just a broker - my term) and within 10 minutes. Two days later and I never received and have not received anything from the provider (not in SPAM either), the provider is New Wave Energy. They said I would receive a contract from EnergyBot - no such thing indicates that anywhere. So I am left to make sure the switch to a new provider happens within x billing cycles, and then track my termination - to hopefully see if I can find an energy broker/provider that actually knows what is going on, provides accurate information, and has a reasonable price. To top it off this survey has questions that are irrelevant to the issue - like was my delivery on time, who made the delivery, and was it damaged. This is obviously a company that needs to get more scrutiny in the operations from the senior management team. As any executive stakeholder would not want their company to run like this - even as a start up. Revised update: EnergyBot worked with New Wave to address the situation and followed up numerous times to ensure all "issues" were corrected. I was impressed by the overall follow up by Energy Bot to ensure the processing problems were corrected. Great customer service on the follow up, hence my update of this review - to ensure fairness.
