I really appreciate the fact that EB can check my account records and find out about my usage, without my having to find records of my accounts. ( At least, that’s what I think they did.). Then, they presented a small number of companies whose plans might fit my needs, saving me a lot of bother, looking for the companies on my own time.
Minimal hassle on my part: that is a very attractive feature. I hope they can resist any temptation to accept money from energy providers, just to get me to buy from their favorite revenue source.
