Spent over $1000 worth of products from them. And they sent me a defective $40 AC adapter. So, I expected one of 2 things from them: 1) Replace the adapter with a new working one. 2) Refund the cost of the adapter and the cost of shipping the adapter to me, so I can buy a new working adapter all over again from them. What they did was just return the $40 of the item price back to me. But they expected me to pay $42.39 for shipping, should I buy a new working adapter from them. When I protested, the accounting person reminded me of how nice they were to me, because they gave me a 5% discount, consolidated all of my items into one shipment at the same cost and they willingly helped to "lie" (yes, actual word used by the accounting person) by adjusting the price of the items, so my 35% import tax can be a little lighter on my wallet. Also, she said that she refuses to change company policy (that is to refund shipping price for a defective item that they send me or send me a replacement for a defective item) just for me. With all that said, there are 3 problems: 1) It is within their rights to refuse giving me a 5% discount or consolidate the shipping. I will understand, I will just buy less things and deprive them of profits. 2) They can also refuse to "lie" about the item prices and I will understand. If I feel that I will be paying too much for the items, I will just not buy the items and deprive them of profits. But I will give them the thumbs up for refusing to be a liar. 3) The "company policy" page never existed on their website before I made my purchase. So they cooked up a company policy just for me, so they don't have to pay me for shipping the the replacement adapter or send me a new working adapter. They think that giving me a 5% discount for my over $1000 worth of purchased items mean that they can send me a defective adapter without having to replace it or I pay an extra $42.39 just to get a new adapter sent to me. Well, they think wrong!! Also, later on, I asked them for the specifications for the adapter in my email, because there seems to be no way they are going to give in and send me a new adapter. But they simply ignored my email 🤦‍♂️. Unbelievable!
