Engineered sleep customer service is top notch! We are out of state customers and they went above and beyond trying to help us make the mattress work for us. Example: They sent an extra piece of memory foam to help us adjust to the mattress. Unfortunately due to other factors (no fault to the company) we were not able to keep the mattress. I HIGHLY recommend giving this company a try- if it were just me using this, I would have kept it!
Overall a great experience and serious props to this company and their policies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
