Ordered a kit on June 2nd and the tracking still says it will arrive on the 10th! 12th today and no sign that it has even been dispatched.
I can’t get anyone on their “chat” the phone number doesn’t work and it says the email address given is blocked.
Is this a genuine website or have I been conned?
