Absolutely shocking experience. After reading some other reviews I am surprised they are allowed to trade. I ordered a personalised England kit for my 6 year old grandson for his birthday. Paid extra to have it arrive quickly. It arrived and there was a number on the front of the shirt that I was not expecting (not a problem) but the number was huge, way too big for the size of the top and arrived with the plastic still stuck on the front. I would have returned it but i rang customer services and they said in order not to disappoint my grandson give it to him on his birthday and a replacement would be sent. That is over 5 weeks ago. (one CS assistant even told me this wasnt the first complaint about this. Then one of the socks came apart on the first wear so much so that nearly the whole toe area had to be sewn back on. My grandson was in floods of tears. After several phone calls and endless emails when they requested more and more photos i have received absolutely nothing. They came back and said they would not send a replacement now and that the sock has been worn so will not replace the sock either. Not one assistant in customer services knows what communication the other has had and every contact I make I have to repeat the whole story. I will not give up, as this is what they hope their customers will do. I will report them to Trading Standards too as the socks were not FIT FOR PURPOSE. The WORST customer experience i have ever had and for an expensive piece of kit. SERIOUSLY DONT DEAL WITH THEM
