...where do I start?
I ordered a personalised shirt but they sent an un-personalised one hence I decided to go elsewhere because the shirt was a gift for someone who was leaving the country imminently (so I couldn't wait). They rectified the error by sending the correct shirt, which I didn't need anymore but refused to refund me on both shirts (i.e. the personalised and un-personalised) - they insisted they would only refund on the un-personalised shirt as per their policy but did not take into consideration that the initial mistake was theirs. However a meagre 10% discount was offered.
