Firstly your website is very difficult to manoeuvre around and not user friendly at all.
Some hyperlinks just take you back to the home page, so you go round in circles.
Secondly I've been sent a kit that won't fit my child after poor misleading advertising on the website stating it's 3-8 years old which is a very big range.
Your size guide isn't explained as per below, as if that was seen then I wouldn't have ordered, please see picture attached.
XS shows 6-aug which I assumed was a typo and meant 6-8 age as S is 8-10 age
