Subjective view - placed an order for delivery well in advance of my Son's Birthday (full England kit with a first team players name on the shirt). The socks were on back order. To cut a long story short, only received the shirt and shorts after cancelling the socks and getting a free next day delivery on his Birthday some 3 weeks after the initial order was placed.
I ended up ordering the socks separately from Kitbag, which came within 2 days. We needed to ask for the free next day delivery, not offered. When ordering, what in my opinion, is a standard shirt (didn't want specialist printing) we shouldn't have been told that printing could cause further delays. Also, and sorry to mention this, implying the supplier, in this case Nike, are the cause of the delays is not the customers concern.
you were no more expensive than anywhere else, I wanted to be sure to get official kit and the best quality, however I would probably be reluctant to use you again.
On the plus side though: when receiving emails and calling up, it did feel a bit more of a personal service than some large chains; the kit DID arrive on his Birthday and he loves it.
Please take this as constructive criticism - I just feel that the service wasn't quite as good as if I'd gone elsewhere to buy the kit.
