Ihr seid eine gute Firma mit einem vernünftigen Chef. Die Teile der Mannschaft, die mit mir zu tun hatten, ist auch schwer in Ordnung. Spürbar ist jedoch die Zeitmangel bei den Mitarbeitern (egal ob im Büro oder im Lager). Man hat oft das Gefühl, dass ihr unterbesetzt seid. Dadurch entstehen Fehler und unerfüllte Kundenwünsche.
